Welcome to Saint James Preschool

St. James preschool offers a program to preschool age children which is designed to foster the development of the whole child - emotionally, socially, intellectually, and physically. The school’s program endeavors to provide a nurturing environment for the children, serving as a bridge to help make the transition from the protected family environment to the expanded community in which they live. Particular emphasis is placed on the child’s uniqueness and on developing a positive self-image.

St. James Preschool provides a multi-aged, non-sectarian developmental program for children between the ages of 2 1/2 and 5 years old. The school is open 9A.M.- 1P.M.. Parents may choose a 3, 4, or 5 day schedule for their child. The school is open from September to June and generally follows the Montclair School calendar.
